Research Study for the Treatment of Overactive Bladder

Purpose of the study:

The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of the study drug on symptoms of

overactive bladder compared

to placebo.

Study Information:

The study will last approximately twelve (12) weeks.
Participation in the study is free of charge. All assessments, visits, and study medication is at no-cost.
There will be a total of eight (8) patient visits during the course of the study.
The principal investigator is Samuel Alexander, MD.
The principal coordinator of the study is Isabel Arnold, RN, CCRC
A patient stipend for time and travel will be offered.

o qualify for the study you must:

Be female between the ages of 18 and 70 who has been diagnosed with overactive bladder.

o qualify for the study you must NOT:

Have had any OAB or UUI treatment within the last 30 days prior to entering the study.
Have previously participated as a patient in a clinical study in the 3 months prior to entering this study.
Have had urological surgery within last 4 months prior to the study.
