For many women, menopause is just the beginning of the aging process. In fact, up to 40% of post-menopausal women experience uncomfortable and often painful feminine dryness, burning, irritation, and/or bleeding with intimate activity. We are testing an investigational oral medication to determine if it safely and effectively treats these symptoms.
- Qualified participants will receive study-related medication, physical exams, and laboratory tests free of charge,
plus compensation for time and travel.

To qualify for the study you must:
- Be experiencing any of the above symptoms.
- Be between the ages of 40 and 80.
- Be post-menopausal.
To qualify for the study you must NOT:
- Have a vaginal infection requiring medication.
- Have had cancer within the past 10 years (basal cell carcinoma exempted).
- Have participated in another clinical research study within the past 30 days.

Breast Pain is a common problem. It is one of the most common complaints in women, especially those of reproductive age. If you are a woman at least 18 years of age and have breast pain, you might be eligible to participate in a clinical research study of an investigational medication.
Study Information:
- The study will last approximately six (6) months.
- Participation in the study is free of charge.
- All assessments, visits, and study medication is at no-cost.
- There will be a total of eight (8) patient visits during the course of the study.
- The principal investigator is Theodore Cooper, MD.

To qualify for the study you must:
- Be a pre-menopausal women at least 18 years of age.
- Be experiencing breast pain around your menstrual period.
- Have regular menstrual periods.
To qualify for the study you must NOT:
- Be pregnant, breast feeding, or had a pregnancy within the past 6 months.
- Be using birth control pills.
- Study Procedures include: Study related exams and procedures including physical and breast exams,
mammograms, and blood tests; provided at no cost to you.
- Study participants will receive compensation for their time and travel.
